Rob Guarnieri has over 26 years of experience in engineering within the City of Carrollton. Starting as a Civil Engineer in Building Inspection from December 1996 to February 2007, Rob progressed to the role of Transportation Engineer in Transportation Engineering from February 2007 to March 2008. Currently, Rob serves as a Senior Engineer in Development Services, a position held since March 2008.
