Scott Taylor

Scott Taylor has extensive experience in law enforcement and community service, currently serving as Patrol Commander for the City of Carrollton since August 2009, after holding positions as Patrol Sergeant and Police Officer. Prior to his law enforcement career, Scott was a Youth Minister at Lakeview Baptist Church from June 2007 to May 2012, focusing on the spiritual development of junior high and high school students. Earlier roles include Information Specialist and Operations Leader for Advanced Financial Planning, where responsibilities included managing operations for a registered investment advisor and overseeing IT infrastructure, and Operations Supervisor at Six Flags Over Texas. Scott holds a degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, having attended from 1999 to 2006 with a focus on business studies.
