Annette Kelly

Annette Kelly is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in portfolio delivery and strategy, currently serving as the Technology Portfolio Delivery and Strategy Lead at the City of Casey since January 2020. Kelly is known for providing contemporary leadership in Portfolio Delivery Services, fostering strong collaborations across the organization to enhance delivery capabilities and support business outcomes. Previously, Kelly held several acting roles at the City of Casey, including Acting Head of Data Cyber and Security and Acting Chief Information Officer, overseeing IT operations and driving value for the community. Prior experience includes various positions at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) from April 2007 to January 2020, where responsibilities spanned project management and stakeholder engagement, contributing to successful online solution delivery.
