David Rowe

David Rowe has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Monash University. David has extensive experience in the engineering field, having worked at Transport Certification Australia since November 2010 and currently at City of Casey since March 2022. At City of Casey, David serves as the Applications Engineering Lead, overseeing support and enhancements of corporate software and guiding the application engineers. In their previous role at Transport Certification Australia, David held various positions such as Senior Engineer, Application Support Engineer, and Engineer - Projects, where David managed project delivery, provided technical advice, conducted audits and testing, and contributed to research projects.
