Julianne Sykes

Julianne Sykes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Julianne currently works at the City of Casey as the Head of IT Strategy and Engagement. Previously, they worked at North East Water as the Business Transformation Lead & Consultant, where they led the transformation of a new Customer Relationship Management system. Prior to that, they held various roles at Yarra Valley Water, including Head of Office of the CIO / Manager Capability and Performance, Manager Portfolio Delivery Services, Acting CIO, Manager Program Delivery Services, Manager Project Services, Manager Business Transformation - Enterprise Information Management Program, Project Delivery Team Lead, Senior IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, Customer Debt Management Officer, and Customer Service Representative. These roles involved managing IT projects, implementing agile methodologies, and overseeing portfolio management.

Julianne Sykes completed their Bachelor of Legal Studies degree in Law at La Trobe University from 1991 to 1993. Julianne then pursued a Masters in Business Systems degree with a specialization in IT at Monash University from 2002 to 2004. Lastly, from 2010 to 2012, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Institute of Management.
