Madiha Zaidi

Madiha Zaidi is a User Experience Designer with extensive experience in creating intuitive digital solutions across various sectors. Currently serving at the Department of Government Services since January 2025, Madiha leads the design of user-friendly interfaces for critical projects such as liquor licenses and disability scheme registrations. Concurrently, Madiha holds a UX Design position at Service Victoria and is an active member of the Casey Catalyst Leadership Group and the Women and Girls Gender Equality Task Force. Previous roles include a UX/UI Designer for the Department of Education & Training in Victoria and a freelance digital designer, complemented by previous IT training positions. Madiha's academic background includes degrees from RMIT University, the National College of Arts, and Kinnaird College for Women in Lahore, Pakistan.
