Bryce Nichols

Bryce Nichols is an experienced attorney currently serving as the Assistant City Attorney (Criminal Prosecutor) for the City of Casper since October 2025. Prior to this role, Nichols worked as an Associate Attorney at Beatty & Wozniak, P.C. from June 2023 to September 2025 and served as the Deputy County Attorney at the Lincoln County Attorney’s Office from November 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included prosecuting misdemeanor cases and assisting with felony and juvenile cases. Nichols began legal career as a Law Clerk for Lincoln County Government in late 2022 and gained valuable experience as a legal extern for the United States Air Force in the summer of 2021. Educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Wyoming College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
