Heidi Rood

Heidi Rood has extensive experience in human resources and client services, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and previously as a Human Resources Technician at the City of Casper since December 2014. Responsibilities include administering an electronic application system, coordinating training initiatives, compiling HR metrics reports, assisting with talent management and recruitment, and managing new hire requirements. Prior to this role, Heidi Rood spent over 24 years at CollectionCenter, Inc., as the Sr. Vice President of Client Services, where responsibilities included maintaining customer service excellence and supervising a team of over 20 staff members. Heidi Rood holds an Associate of Science degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from Casper College.
