V.h. McDonald

V.H. McDonald, CPA, has extensive experience in municipal management, having served in various capacities within the City of Casper since January 1999, including City Manager, Assistant City Manager, and Administrative Services Director. Prior experience includes the role of Finance Director for both the City of Douglas, Wyoming, from January 1989 to December 1999, and the Town of Glenrock, Wyoming, from January 1985 to August 1987. V.H. McDonald holds a degree from the University of Northern Colorado, obtained between 1980 and 1983.
