Antonia DeJesus has a diverse work experience in planning and administrative roles. Antonia began their career in 2014 at the City of Winter Springs, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative and later as an Assistant City Clerk. In 2019, they joined the City of Oviedo as a Planning Technician and progressed to the role of Planner I. Currently, they are employed at the City of Casselberry as a Planner II and Chief Planner, starting in 2022.
Antonia DeJesus pursued their education at the University of Central Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2016. Antonia then continued their studies at the same institution, completing a Master of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning by 2022. Additionally, they earned a certificate in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from the University of Central Florida in the same year.
City of Casselberry
Casselberry is located in Seminole County, Florida, just 20 miles northeast of downtown Orlando. Two major roadways, U.S. Highway 17-92 and State Road 436, intersect, connecting the City of Casselberry to all of Central Florida. The City is engaged in development and redevelopment along the U.S. Highway 17-92 corridor, which presents mixed use, retail and residential, governmental and recreational opportunities. Located in one of the fastest growing areas of Metro Orlando, the City of Casselberry is an exciting place in which to live and work.
