Lorna Bradley

Lorna Bradley is an experienced professional in building and permitting management, currently serving as the Building and Permitting Manager for the City of Casselberry since May 2023 and for the City of Winter Springs since April 2017. Lorna has held various roles in Winter Springs, including Permitting Manager and Permit Technician, showcasing a robust career in municipal permitting processes. In addition to public service, Lorna is the owner of MD Cakes since July 2011, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills. Previous experience includes serving as Office Administrator for Nelson's Concrete Services Corp. from May 2009 to April 2017 and working as a Permit Technician for the City of Lake Mary from April 2006 to April 2009. Lorna's educational background includes studies at Daytona State College.
