Lynn Jarrell has extensive experience in utility projects and social services, currently serving as Utility Projects Supervisor and previously as Utility Project Coordinator for the City of Casselberry since March 2018. Prior roles include Department of Child Safety Specialist 1 with the State of Arizona and various positions at MercyFirst, where responsibilities included casework and youth support. Lynn has also held roles at the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Sears Holdings Corporation, Avalon, and Nassau County, encompassing responsibilities from mentoring and tutoring to construction inspection and permit management. Lynn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Briarcliffe College and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Nassau Community College.

Casselberry is located in Seminole County, Florida, just 20 miles northeast of downtown Orlando. Two major roadways, U.S. Highway 17-92 and State Road 436, intersect, connecting the City of Casselberry to all of Central Florida.
