City of Casselberry
Nanette Kelley currently serves as an Accountant for the City of Casselberry since February 2023. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at the Osceola County Clerk of Courts, beginning in September 1992, where Nanette held multiple roles such as Finance Lead, Accounting Clerk, Juvenile Manager, Finance Administrator, and Finance Manager, ultimately achieving the title of Finance Accountability Manager. Between July 2021 and February 2023, Nanette worked as an Accountant for the City of Apopka. Nanette holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Valencia College.

Casselberry is located in Seminole County, Florida, just 20 miles northeast of downtown Orlando. Two major roadways, U.S. Highway 17-92 and State Road 436, intersect, connecting the City of Casselberry to all of Central Florida.
