Chris Barlow has extensive experience in local government, currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Castlegar since March 2004, with previous roles including Director of Transportation & Civic Works, Utilities Manager, and Engineering Technician. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Program and Engineering Technician for the City of Red Deer from 2001 to March 2004. Chris holds a degree in Public Administration with a focus on Local Government from the University of Victoria, along with a degree in Geomatics Engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Education was furthered at Capilano University from 2015 to 2021.
