Rose Jia

Rose Ruo Jia, CPA, CMA, currently holds the position of Acting Manager of Financial Services and previously served as a Senior Financial Analyst at the City of Castlegar since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Gift Compliance Analyst at the University of Calgary from November 2017 to April 2021 and as a Financial Analyst at BNP Paribas from October 2013 to July 2016. Additionally, Rose worked as a Junior Analyst (Cost Accountant) at BNP Paribas and as a Financial Analyst Assistant at Bombardier Aerospace. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy from Concordia University-John Molson School of Business and a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Social Science and Commerce from CEGEP - John Abbott College.
