Leisa Lukes

Leisa Lukes has extensive experience in municipal management, having served in various leadership roles at the City of Cathedral City since October 2006, including Cannabis Licensing Manager, Economic Development Manager, and Planning Director. Prior to this position, Leisa worked as a Redevelopment Project Manager at the City of Chula Vista from 2001 to 2006. Leisa holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture in Environmental Design from The University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University.
