Hannah Crisman

Hannah Crisman is a seasoned quality assurance analyst with extensive experience in the insurance and tech industries. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at AgencyBloc since October 2019, Hannah leads quality assurance initiatives for a CRM system focused on sales and commissions processing, and business and marketing automation. Prior to this role, Hannah contributed to the quality assurance efforts at Axis41 for M&T Bank and at Deutsch LA for major clients including Volkswagen and Taco Bell. Additionally, Hannah holds a Council Member position in the City of Cedar Falls and has a background in administrative support, notably at the University of Northern Iowa and Waterloo Community School District. Hannah possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate of Arts from Hawkeye Community College.
