Johnathan Phillips

Johnathan Phillips is an experienced Information Systems Specialist and GIS Technician currently employed at the City of Cedar Park since November 2018. Previously, Johnathan held the position of Mobile Asset Collection Operator at Atkins from February 2018 to September 2018, and served as a GIS Technician at Apex Systems from January 2017 to February 2018.
