Yianna Polk

Yianna Polk is an experienced accountant currently serving at the City of Cedar Park since June 2023, and previously at the City of Lago Vista since March 2022. Polk's career includes significant roles at BBVA in the USA as an Information Analyst, managing electronic records, and as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Farm Credit Bank of Texas, where contributions included serving as a credit subject matter expert and leading the development of an Enterprise Reporting Engine. Additional experience includes roles as a Direct Lending Operations Administrator and Internal Auditor with a strong focus on loan documentation and credit data analysis, as well as an Assistant Bank Examiner with the FDIC. Educational achievements include a BBA in Finance and Accounting from St. Edward's University and a Certificate in Mortgage Banking from Austin Community College.
