Karla Stovall has extensive experience in financial management, having held positions such as Chief Financial Officer at Town of Little Elm and City of Bastrop Tx. Karla also served as Budget Officer at City of Wylie, Texas. Currently, Karla holds the position of Assistant City Manager at City of Celina, also serving as Interim City Manager.
