Kayla Quijano is a professional with experience in various administrative and support roles within different organizations such as the City of Celina, Mustang Public Schools, City of Frisco, and City of Plano. Currently, Kayla serves as a Human Resources Analyst and Management Assistant at the City of Celina. With a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Resource Ecology and Management: Wildlife Option from Oklahoma State University, Kayla's expertise includes administrative tasks, technical support, animal control, and upholding state and local laws regarding animal welfare.
