Kimberly Brawner is an experienced professional in public services and engineering, currently serving as the Assistant City Manager for Public Services and Director of Engineering at the City of Celina since March 2018. Prior to this role, Kimberly held the position of Town Engineer for the Town of Little Elm from November 2015 to March 2018. A diverse background in engineering includes project management at Lee Engineering, LLC, as well as roles in various city engineering departments, including EIT at the City of Frisco, Graduate Engineer at the City of Carrollton, and Sr GIS/CAD Technician at the City of Lubbock. Kimberly Brawner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Engineering from Texas Tech University, graduating in 2001.
