Christine Brookshire

Christine Brookshire, CGFO, currently serves as the Deputy Finance Director for the City of Centennial since January 2025, previously holding the position of Finance Manager for the Town of Parker and the City of Katy. With extensive experience in financial management, Christine has overseen accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with accounting standards across various organizations, including the City of Tomball, where a significant focus was on adhering to GAAP, FASB, and GASB. Christine began a career in accounting as an intern with Valero Energy Corporation and has held roles in healthcare finance, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial practices and regulations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
