Kyle Sipes

Kyle Sipes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in building and home inspection as well as specialized roles in the stunt industry. Currently serving as a Plans Examiner for the City of Centennial since January 2022, Kyle also operates SipesCO Inspection Services, which focuses on quality real estate inspections in the Denver Metro District. In addition, Kyle has a long-standing career as a Stuntman with Stunts Unlimited since July 2000, and has co-owned The Bikery at Breckenridge Brewery. Previous positions include Race Timer Race Director at Raceco.com and various roles, including Plans Examiner and Stormwater Inspector, for the Town of Castle Rock. Kyle holds a certification in Building/Home/Construction Inspection from Inspection Certification Associates, obtained in March 2021.
