Lily Wilcock

Lily Wilcock, AICP, is an experienced urban planner currently serving as an Associate Planner for the City of Champaign since August 2023. Prior to this role, Wilcock worked for the City of Urbana, Illinois, where progression through positions of Planner I and Planner II occurred from October 2018 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes a position as Visiting Active Transportation Coordinator at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from February 2016 to October 2018, and a role as Bicycle Ambassador at the Chicago Department of Transportation during the summer of 2011, focusing on public relations for the Bicycle Program. Wilcock holds a BA in Urban and Public Affairs from the University of Illinois Chicago, obtained between 2009 and 2012, and attended DePaul University from 2007 to 2009.
