Catherine Flores has extensive experience in management and administrative roles, currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst at the City of Chandler, Arizona since March 2008, with a progressive career that includes positions such as Management Analyst, Management Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, and Account Specialist. Prior to this, Catherine operated as the Office Administrator-Business Owner at New Horizons from September 1984 to December 2007 and held the position of Accounting Manager at Citibank from December 1987 to December 1994.
