Marci Hernandez

Marci Hernandez is a seasoned GIS professional with extensive experience in geographic information systems. Currently serving as a Senior GIS Specialist for the City of Chandler, Arizona, since January 2020, Marci previously held the position of GIS Technician at the City of Casa Grande from October 2018 to December 2019, and at GRICUA - Gila River Indian Community Utility Authority from November 2016 to September 2018. Earlier roles include GIS Technician/Planning Intern at the City of Maricopa and Senior Carrier Representative at GlobalTranz. Marci began a career in workforce development as an intern with the Arizona Commerce Authority. Marci holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Arizona State University, one in Justice Studies and the other in Geography, both completed between 2008 and 2013.
