Abby Preston

Abby Preston, P.E. is an Engineering Project Manager at the City of Charlotte since March 2025, previously serving as a Transportation Project Engineer and Civil Design Engineer at Bolton & Menk, Inc. from November 2022 to April 2025, and as a Transportation Designer and Intern at SEPI, Inc. from April 2018 to October 2022.
