Karen Callwood holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. With extensive experience in Information Technology, Karen has served as an IT Project Manager and IT Project Coordinator for the City of Charlotte, and held roles including IT Business Support Specialist Intermediate at the Charlotte Fire Department and IT Business Analyst at Mecklenburg County. Previous positions also include IT Programmer at Mecklenburg County and Database and Donor Relations Manager at Food & Friends, as well as Development and Operations Manager at The Writer's Center. Karen is certified in ITIL and has achieved Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) designation.
