Oana Zayic, PhD, ADAC, is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in education, human rights, and entrepreneurship. As the Business Owner of Mures Valley Girl LLC, Zayic creates unique jewelry collections reflecting Romanian cultural heritage. Serving as a Human Rights Commissioner for the City of Chaska, Zayic advises on matters of equality and inclusion for underrepresented community members. Additionally, Zayic is the Executive Director of the Heritage Organization of Romanian Americans in Minnesota and Co-Owner of Delicatese a la Nina, a home baking business. Previously, Zayic held various roles at Minneapolis Community and Technical College, focusing on accessibility, academic advising, and financial aid. Zayic's academic credentials include a PhD in English and American 20th Century Literature and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Effectiveness.
