Julie Matas

Julie Matas is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and technology implementation within the mortgage industry. Currently serving as a Curling Instructor for the City of Chaska since March 2016, Matas previously held senior project management roles at Ditech Mortgage Corp, GMAC ResCap, and GMAC-RFC. At Ditech, responsibilities included leading an IT team through company transitions and managing a successful marketing IT project. Matas oversaw complex projects at GMAC ResCap, including migrating business lending applications to a new data center and delivering large mortgage technology projects, significantly impacting the efficiency of loan processing. Matas holds Bachelor's Degrees in Computer Science and Secondary Education (Mathematics & Computer Science) from the University of Manitoba.
