Whitney Pankonin Zappa, CPP, has extensive experience in payroll and administration, serving as a Payroll Professional for the City of Chaska since June 2017. Prior to this role, Whitney worked as an Account Manager at Payroll Direct Inc. from November 2014 to June 2017. Whitney’s earlier experience includes multiple positions at Rasmussen College, Bloomington, where roles included Assistant to the Dean of Nursing, Assistant to the Deans, Adjunct Instructor, and Administrative Assistant from October 2010 to October 2014. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature and Women's Studies from the University of Minnesota Morris, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Exercise Science from Rasmussen College.
