Alan Caswell

Alan Caswell is an experienced water treatment professional currently serving as a Water Treatment Plant Operator (IV) with the City of Chesapeake since October 2017. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Water Treatment Plant Operator with the City of Lynchburg, where extensive responsibilities included operating various water plant equipment, conducting routine tests, and responding to citizen complaints. Alan started in the Utilities Department as a Utility Line Technician I, maintaining and repairing water and sewer lines. With a background in environmental health from Old Dominion University, other experiences include managing facilities at Amazement Square and officiating soccer games for the United States Soccer Federation.
