Christopher Brown

Christopher Brown is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in IT operations and management. Currently serving as the IT Enterprise Operations Manager for the City of Chesapeake since December 2018, Christopher previously held the position of IT Services Manager at the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services from January 2011 to November 2018, overseeing IT services for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Additional roles include Director of IT User Services at Virginia State University, IT Customer Account Manager at Virginia Information Technologies Agency, and IT Operations Support Center Manager at both Northrop Grumman and VDOT, where Christopher honed skills in IT customer service and operational support. Christopher holds a Master of Engineering in Operations Research & Systems Analysis from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Norfolk State University.
