Tiffany Griffin

Tiffany Griffin, MSHRM, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist specializing in Benefits, Wellness, and Absence Management at the City of Chesapeake since October 2014, Tiffany has previously held various roles including HR Supervisor, Management Analyst, and Deputy EEO Officer. Prior to this, Tiffany owned and operated Blue Sky Human Capital, LLC, and served as HR Manager at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP and Cox Communications. Tiffany's career also includes key HR positions at Lillian Vernon Corporation and Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. Academically, Tiffany holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational and Technical Studies from Old Dominion University.
