Erica's earlier experience includes positions as a Concierge at Dentons and a Complex Group Sales Coordinator at W Hotels. Academically, Erica holds two Master of Science degrees in Criminal Justice from Lewis University and a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from Eastern Illinois University.
