Swathi Staley serves as Chief Community Investment Officer and General Counsel at YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, having previously held roles such as Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel and Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer. Staley has also contributed to public service as Commissioner of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the City of Chicago. In addition to involvement with the Obama Foundation as an Obama Leaders USA participant, Staley is recognized as an LGC Signature Fellow with Leadership Greater Chicago. Currently, Staley is pursuing studies at The University of Chicago Graham School, complemented by a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree obtained from DePaul University College of Law.
