Mark Kellogg

Mark Kellogg has extensive experience in public works and maintenance, currently serving as a Parking Meter Collector/Repairer for the City of Chico since January 2014. Mark's responsibilities include the maintenance and repair of parking meters and pay stations, as well as assisting Traffic Signal Technicians and other maintenance crews. Prior to this role, Mark held positions in the Parks Division of the City of Chico, including Maintenance Worker and Tree Maintenance Worker II, focusing on the upkeep of natural resources and enhancing public safety through landscaping efforts. Mark also worked as a Certified Arborist at Terrapin Trees from July 2013 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes a role at North Valley Iron Works as a Welder/Fitter, where Mark supervised and trained staff while mastering complex blueprint reading and structural assembly. Mark holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Welding Technology from Butte College, completed in 2014.
