Laura mc Carthy

Laura McCarthy has over two decades of experience in public service and legal practice. Since 1998, Laura has served as an Assessor for the City of Chicopee, applying expertise in property assessment and municipal law. Prior to this role, Laura worked as an Attorney at the Law Offices of Michael Bissonnette from 1992 to 2002. Laura holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New England School of Law, obtained between 1987 and 1991, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned from 1983 to 1986.
