Susan Baez

Susan Baez has a strong background in administrative and marketing roles, with over 18 years of experience. Currently serving as Principal Clerk for the City of Chicopee since April 2005, Susan has developed skills in office management and public service. Prior to this, Susan worked as a Marketing Assistant at Springfield Day Nursery from April 2001 to April 2004. Susan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Bay Path University in 2016, further enhancing expertise in personnel administration and business operations.
