Leah Peden

Leah Peden has extensive experience in event management and recreation, currently serving in the Recreation and Culture department of the City of Chilliwack since January 2023. Prior to this role, Leah spent nearly eleven years at BC Children's Hospital Foundation as an Event Manager, alongside casual positions as an Event Manager at Cocktails & Canapes Catering + Events and as a Lead Ambassador at CID Entertainment. Leah also has a background in travel consultancy with Flight Centre Travel Group and was an Associate at Canucks Sports & Entertainment. Leah’s educational qualifications include a Tourism Management Degree with a focus on Marketing from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Thompson Rivers University.
