Brenda R. is an experienced accounting professional with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Currently serving as Accountant II for the City of Chino Hills since January 2019, Brenda R. has previously held accounting roles with the City of West Covina as an Accountant from August 2015 to January 2019, and with the City of San Dimas as an Accounting Technician from February 2015 to July 2015. Brenda R. began their career in the financial field at the City of Upland, where Brenda worked as a Customer Service Specialist II from June 2003 to February 2015.

Chino Hills has always been a special place in Southern California. It is a place that is close in miles to large metropolitan cities and yet far in spirit. Virtually unchanged for hundreds of years, the rolling hills were home to a few ranches and homesteaders. A handful of property owners appreciated the beauty of the hills. The majority of the residents were red tail hawks, mule ear deer, ground squirrels, mountain lions, cottontail rabbits, and coyotes. It is the mission of the City of Chino Hills, in partnership with the community, to continue to develop and maintain the aesthetic beauty of the City, while fostering a safe and family-oriented environment. The City is committed to providing excellent customer service, effectively managing growth, and creating a viable financial plan to ensure the continued success of the City.
