Abelardo Mancilla Jr

Abelardo Mancilla Jr. has been serving as Fleet Supervisor and Acting Fleet Manager for the City of Chula Vista since March 2017, overseeing the scheduling and assignment of maintenance and repairs for various vehicles and equipment, including police and fire apparatus. Prior to this role, Abelardo worked as an Equipment Mechanic for the City of Chula Vista from October 2004 to March 2017, where responsibilities included scheduling, maintenance, and repair of fleet vehicles and equipment. Abelardo holds an Associate of Science degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology from Southwestern College, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
