Kimberly Elliott

Kimberly Elliott currently serves as the Facilities Financing Manager for the City of Chula Vista since January 2020. Prior experience includes the role of AVP for Real Estate Development and Community Relations at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., where responsibilities included managing government and community relations and overseeing the land use entitlement process. Kimberly also held the position of Vice President for Development and Government Affairs at Kilroy Realty Corporation, leading entitlement efforts for the One Paseo project and fostering stakeholder collaboration. Earlier in career, Kimberly served as Senior Vice President at The Corky McMillin Companies, playing a pivotal role in the redevelopment of Liberty Station. Educational background includes a BA in Housing and Environmental Factors from San Diego State University.
