Brandon Upchurch

Brandon Upchurch currently serves as a Senior Administrative Specialist for the City of Cincinnati since September 2024. Previously, Brandon held the position of Mayor's Action Center Coordinator for the City of Cleveland Heights, where responsibilities included developing contact center practices and overseeing constituent relationship management software. Brandon's background also includes a role as Compliance Officer at Portage Path Behavioral Health, where strategic oversight and reporting were key functions. Earlier experiences include positions at Columbus Springs, The Ohio State University, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, and Franklin County, each contributing to a diverse skill set in behavioral health, administrative operations, and program coordination. Brandon Upchurch earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Social Work, and began a Doctor of Medicine program at The Ohio State University.
