Don Stiens

Don Stiens is an experienced professional with a robust background in civil engineering, law, and management. Currently serving as the Division Manager for the City of Cincinnati's Department of Transportation and Engineering, Traffic Services, Don oversees a team of 46 personnel and is responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the city's traffic systems. Previous roles include serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Cincinnati Retirement System, where oversight of $2.2 billion in benefits and investments was key. Don has extensive project management experience from a tenure as Senior Engineer at the City of Cincinnati, managing over 73 projects valued at more than $103 million. Don's military background includes serving as a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy. Academically, Don holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati.
