Ebony Lothery

Ebony Lothery is an experienced Information Technology Manager with a long tenure at the City of Cincinnati, where roles have included overseeing business process improvements, leading system implementations (such as Kronos Workforce Central and SharePoint), and managing cross-functional teams to enhance technology integration. With a robust background in both technical support and project management, Ebony has facilitated training for various software systems and maintained high-quality standards in system enhancements. In addition to this role, Ebony serves as an Adjunct Professor at Northern Kentucky University, teaching courses on business analysis and IT project management, while actively pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Organization Development and Change.
