Jennifer Bohl

Jennifer Bohl, MPP, MUP, serves as Division Manager of Performance & Evaluation for the City of Cincinnati, where responsibilities include designing a pilot program to enhance the city's performance management system and contributing to the management of various projects within the Office of Performance & Data Analytics. Bohl has held multiple roles in performance management and data analysis, including project manager for significant initiatives such as Accela Migration and the DEI Disparity Study. Prior experience includes internships at Direct Relief, Manna Project International, Lwala Community Alliance, and Nashville International Center for Empowerment, focusing on data analysis, community engagement, and program implementation. Bohl holds dual master's degrees in Public Policy and Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
