Matthew P. Hughes

Matthew P. Hughes is an experienced nonprofit leader and consultant currently serving as the Managing Director at Primo Foundation since March 2023, where the organization focuses on providing financial and other assistance in critical areas such as healthcare, food, and education. As the Managing Partner of Charitable Resources Consulting LLC since April 2012, Matthew has collaborated with various clients, including the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity and United Way of Greater Cincinnati, to enhance fundraising and development efforts. Previously, Matthew held significant leadership roles including Executive Director at Envision Children, Vice President of Development & Marketing at the Urban League of Greater Cincinnati, and Executive Director/President of the St. Margaret Foundation, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, fundraising, and organizational management.
