Mollie Lair

Mollie Lair currently serves as the Director of Communications for the City of Cincinnati, a position held since September 2022, after initially working as the Deputy Director of Communications within the City Manager’s Office for a brief period. Prior to this role, Mollie gained extensive experience in broadcast journalism, including serving as a Weekend Evening Anchor/Reporter at WLWT from August 2017 to August 2022, and as a Weekday Anchor/Reporter at KFVS-TV from October 2013 to July 2017. Additional journalism roles include Weekend Anchor/MMJ at WTAP and internships with CBS Evening News and NBC News, where Mollie developed reporting skills and engaged in various production tasks. An education in Broadcast Journalism was obtained from Elon University, culminating in 2011.
